These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ak4d platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing ak4d, you agree to be bound by the provisions set out below.

To register and maintain an account on ak4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
ak4d reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to satisfy any of the above criteria will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance derived from activity conducted in breach of eligibility requirements.
Each User is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances associated with the duplicate accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. ak4d is entitled to reject any registration where the information provided appears incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. ak4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must not share your login details with any third party. ak4d shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to failure to maintain credential security.
ak4d operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You may be required to submit proof of identity (Malaysian MyKad or valid passport) and proof of payment method ownership before first withdrawal or at any time at ak4d's reasonable discretion. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is complete.
ak4d grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sub-licence, commercially exploit, reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Platform.
You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose — that being the placement of genuine personal wagers and participation in games of chance and skill offered through ak4d. Any use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, gain unfair advantage, or manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
The Platform operates primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The primary language of these Terms, the Platform interface, and all official communications is English. Where discrepancies exist between language versions, the English version shall prevail.
ak4d supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to Malaysian players, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC), and 7-Eleven CLiQ cash payments.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method (typically MYR 20 for e-wallets, MYR 50 for bank transfer). ak4d does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless no compatible withdrawal channel is available. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Processing times are: e-walets 5–15 minutes; bank transfers 15–60 minutes; cryptocurrency 15–30 minutes. These are indicative timelines and may vary under exceptional circumstances.
ak4d does not guarantee same-day processing in the event of system maintenance, regulatory review, or third-party banking delays. Any balance derived from suspected fraudulent activity will be held pending investigation.
Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed network receipt. ak4d is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit initiation and confirmation.
Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered Users who meet the specific requirements stated in each promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are restricted to one claim per User, household, per IP address, and per device.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) is specified in the individual promotion terms. For example, a MYR 100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires MYR 1,000 in total qualifying bets before cashout is unlocked.
While bonus funds are active in your Account, the maximum single-bet stake is limited to MYR 250 per round or event unless a lower cap is specified in the promotion terms. Placing bets exceeding this limit whilst using bonus funds may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each stake. Table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%. Live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified per promotion, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of bonus activation. Expired bonus funds and associated winings are automatically forfeited without recourse.
All bets placed on the ak4d sportsbook are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the data recorded in ak4d's system logs shall be deemed authoritative absent manifest technical error.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ak4d platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:
ak4d is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. The Platform is strictly restricted to players aged21 and above.
ak4d provides Users with a suite of responsible gambling tools, including self-imposed deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, temporary account cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion requests. These tools are available directly through your Account settings.

All intellectual property rights in and to the ak4d platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, written content, and proprietary data — are owned by or licensed to ak4d. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in ak4d's intellectual property beyond the limited usage licence described in Section 5.1.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's intellectual property without prior written consent from ak4d.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ak4d's aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause limits ak4d's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting ak4d customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any applicable bonus fund forfeitures) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
ak4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its reasonable discretion, including where a User has breached these Terms, where continued operation of the Account presents a legal, regulatory, or fraud risk, or where the Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more. In the event of Account termination for breach, ak4d may forfeit any Balance in the Account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which ak4d holds its operating authorisation.
In the event of a dispute between you and ak4d, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to resolve the matter informally. ak4d aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties may agree to refer the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution body.
ak4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable. Non-material corrections (such as typographical fixes or clarifications) may be made without prior notice.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.
